Born in Russia to a family of artists, I came to US with my mother when I was a child. Leaving home at 17, I found myself in Norwich, CT. There, I studied architecture at Three Rivers Technical Community College and worked odd jobs to support myself. Realizing my heart was in digital arts, I went to San Francisco and enrolled into Academy of Arts, specializing in Environments for Video Games. I worked construction, metal work and plumbing through my higher education
After graduating in 2008, I returned home to NYC, where I landed in the world of advertisement. Over the last several years I lived and breathed tight turnarounds, asset creation and rigging. In 2016, I expanded my professional experience with VR and gaming projects, while continually evolving my game engine skills, primarily focusing on modeling, texturing, rigging and procedural shader generation
